Apologies for the slow reply. Our group sent a letter to Brad Wall late in the spring of 2016, which was signed by a number of organizations and around 250 members of the public. We received a reply in the summer and developed that article, along with several others (which can be found here: https://climatejusticesaskatoon.ca/saskatchewan-context/), after that. So they’re a little over a year old at this point.
