We need your help to deliver justice on labour and climate! On May 4th from 12-2 pm at the Grad Student Association (GSA) Commons, we’ll be hosting a Bite-size Change in solidarity with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW).
CUPW is running a campaign called Hands Off My Post Office! This campaign is advocating for workers, protecting your postal services, and pushing for Canada Post to be a community hub. During the event, we’ll learn about the campaign, the intersections between labour and climate justice, and why CUPW is particularly poised to help deliver community power.
We’ll also take action to support postal workers and the Hands Off My Post Office! campaign by writing postcards to elected officials. Bring a dish, a snack, or just your appetite for change! Everyone is welcome.
